How soon will your order ship?

I always ship out my orders as soon as they are finished. My orders generally ship in 3 to 4 business days. I have been updating my shop announcement to reflect when you order is likely to ship.

I try to start your order as soon as possible. Because of this, I do not except cancellations. However, If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to me. I will do my best to help.

Are all my items handmade?

I make every item I sell on my shop myself. Do to the handmade nature of my products, my pet products may vary slightly from toy to toy. Examples of this would be a tug toy tied a little tighter, or a ball maybe a little fuller. This is the best part about buying hand made. Every toy has a personality and uniqueness all it's own.

I can not control the shipping of an order once it is picked up by the post office. I will help in any way possible to track an order, or put in Missing Mail request to get a packing moving again if it looks like the shipping progress has stalled. Very rarely an order will leave my mailbox with the mail carrier not scanning the package. This will result in your order saying pre-transit even though it is on it's way. I do check the tracking of my orders regularly, and will contact buyers if I notice anything strange. Please reach out if there is a problem with the order that I have not noticed. My mail carrier is amazing.

What to expect if your order is "Returned to sender" due to an error on the buyers end

Very rarely an order will be returned by USPS because the buyer inputted the address incorrectly at the time of purchase. If that happens, I will reach out to the buyer and send them a new listing for another shipping label with the correct address. In the event that the new listing is not purchased within a month of the original order date, I will refund the cost of the order, minus the shipping fee. *THIS IS ONLY IF THE ORIGINAL ORDER IS NOT CUSTOM AND CAN BE RESOLD.

Every cat deserves a new toy! These cat kicker cat toys start with the cat fabric of your choice cut into a 7x9 inch rectangle. It is sewn into a pillow and then filled with Poly-Fil stuffing and more than a half cup fresh catnip. Finally, the end is securely stitched shut. These finished Kickers are approximately 8 inches long, 2.5 inches wide, and 2 inches thick. You will need to choose to have your cat kicker stuffed with or without catnip.

Your cat kicker will come to you sealed in a 10x4 inch zip lock bag topped with my signature Cat Kicker tag. This packaging will not only help keep your catnip fresh in transit but also makes it easily giftable!

I just placed my 3rd order from CraftsByCherylH. I purchased cat kicker toys, fleece balls, & catnip knots. Her products are so well made, shipped timely, and the cats love them!
