What happens if the lights are damaged during transit (shipping)?

No need to worry. We will send you replacement of lamp with all the fittings as per your original order. Just report the damage with photos within 7 days of delivery. Note: No need to return the broken/cracked pieces back to us.

What if I/handyman damages the light during installation?

We understand, accidents can happen. Send us the pictures of the damaged lamp and we will send you FREE one-time replacement of lamp with fittings as per your original order. Note: Shipping cost to be borne by you & refund is not an option.

Are the lamps covered under warranty?

Yes. All electricals, paint jobs/surface finish and any other manufacturing defect are covered under full replacement warranty for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

Do you accept returns?

1. Please report to us within 7 days of delivery. 2. Items should be in the original packaging and not used. 3. Returns for customized lights & bigger pieces (15.5" size and above) are not accepted. No exchanges. 4. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 5. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned product in its original condition after deducting shipping and taxes. 6. We do not accept returns based on COLOR MISMATCH CLAIM. Despite our best efforts, the actual product color may slightly vary from the images shown due to differences in monitor or mobile display capabilities, individual perceptions of color, and variations in lighting conditions. Please buy swatches if you are particular about color accuracy.
