I was originally going to call this shade The Abyss, like my other pure black products, but because it's so sheer, I decided to put a twist on it and call it The Shallows. It's the way, way toned down version of The Abyss. It's pure, flat black like The Abyss, but extremely sheer. This might be the sheerest of the tinted lip balms, and it gives a sort of subtle, smokey, cool-toned look to the lips. If natural goth is a look, this is it.

The Tinted Lip Balm formula is soft, blendable and super comfy. Some are more pigmented than others, so please read the description of each color so you know what to expect. The formula, however, is the same on all of them: satin finish, almost glossy at first, but becomes more matte as it's worn and/or blended out.

Ingredients: soy wax, castor oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, sunflower wax, argan oil, tocopherols (vitamin e), soybean oil, sepiolite clay, montmorillonite clay, caprylyl glycol, phenoxyethanol, hexylene glycol. may contain: iron oxide (77499)

Obsessed with this product!! I have pretty thin lips so lipstick always looks weird on me, but this is slightly sheer (and buildable) so my lips just sort of look stained and it looks GORGEOUS with one swipe or 5!!!
