An order containing multiple items will be shipped in the same box where possible. Running this business with the least amount of impact to the environment is very important to me! I reuse clean boxes and packing materials. Please consider reusing or recycling the box and shipping materials and if you have questions about how to dispose of shipping materials, please send me a message.

Lifeisjustduckie is not responsible for items damaged or lost by USPS but will promise proper and safe packaging with every order. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please message me directly as soon as possible with photographs of the item and the box/packaging. In some cases, I may request that the item is shipped back to me (I will cover the cost). For purchases shipped via USPS Priority Mail that are damaged or lost, an insurance claim will be submitted and you will be refunded the full cost including shipping and tax once the claim is approved.
