Why can my Digital Items not be returned for a refund?

Etsy does not allow for returns of digital items. Once payment has been made, I can unfortunately not do any refunds. I will not leave you hanging though! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do my best to make you smile again!

What if I have a problem with downloading my files?

Downloading is really easy but if you run into some problems, please let me know and I will gladly email it to you.

How do I purchase a Bundle?
