We do accept returns for non-personalised orders, we do ask for a reason, if it is something wrong with the listing we can correct it.

If it is just a change of mind then not a problem, just let us know, unfortunately we can't refund any postage amounts as this is paid to the carrier.

Refunds will only be given or replacements on personalised orders if we have made an error. We ask all customers to double and even triple check before submitting an order if it is personalised.

Sometimes with international orders customs can have delays which is out of hands and they turn up a few days late. We can only apologise for this as we do send items as quickly as possible.

To look after your personalised wooden spoon please follow the following instructions:

- Scrape off any food particles using the back of a knife or fingers.
- Rinse under warm water
- Create a cleaning solution with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap,
- Gently dip the soft sponge or cloth into the soapy water and squeeze out any excess liquid.
- Lightly scrub the wooden spoon with the damp sponge or cloth, making sure you clean all surfaces thoroughly, including the handle and the bowl of the spoon. Give special attention to any stains or stubborn residue, applying slightly more pressure if it’s necessary, but avoid excessive scrubbing, because it can damage the wood.
- Rinse & Pat dry.
