Currently our processing time is 3-5 business days. This means the amount of time required for the item(s) to be made. You will see this in the listings description, under 'Ready to Ship'.

If you need an item sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to meet your timeline.

Once the item is shipped, the delivery time will vary depending on the country being shipped to.

All items are shipped with tracking info + insurance. Canadian shipments take approx. 1 - 10 business days. US packages 2 - 14 business days. International shipping 10 - 65 business days, depending on the country being shipped to. International shipments may have further delays due to customs, as well as additional duties and taxes (responsibilities of the customer).

You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to begin the process.

Please note that earrings are considered ‘intimate items’ and are final sale for the hygienic safety of all of our customers.

Any items with sizing options are final sale.

Please ensure all items are returned unworn and in their original packaging. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.

If items are returned after being worn, they will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have requested a refund, please note that you will have to accept the package delivery before you return the item(s) and pay for the return shipping of the item(s). Once the items are returned in their original packaging you will be issued a refund.

If delivery of the item(s) shipped to you is declined by you, you will be refunded your amount for the item(s) as well as a $20CAD fee as the post office charges the shipper for the items being returned. Thank you for you understanding.
