Never received it and its been almost a month

No response to my requests for updates on my order. It was supposed to be delivered on or before Feb. 6th, it wasn’t. I ordered in January 29th and received a very nice thank you message, but, radio silence since. I’ve messaged them twice for an update and NOTHING! I’m so sad and annoyed.
