Thankfully the gamble paid off and the hinges fit perfectly and now my lid works as it should. The turntable by the way is a JVC AL-E71, so you can now add it to your list.

Speedy dispatch and rear product. The hinges were for my old SL- J90 ... absolutely perfect and much better than the originals. I'd been battling with the broken lid for several years and playing records less because of it...now able to listen with the lid attached effortlessly raised! 🙏🏻
