How can I download the pack?

When the order is paid, you will receive a pdf document with a link to Dropbox website where you can download the files. The link is active - you just click on it and it takes you to the download website. Then you click a download button (additional visual instructions are available in pdf file). If anything is wrong with the link, ***please check the Word doc file*** that is also available for download. If you have any difficulties with the download, PLEASE contact me and I will deliver the files to your email or in any other form that suits you.

Do I need any software or registration to download the papers?

No. You just download the pdf file from Etsy website and then click the active link in the pdf file you get. You don't need to register in Dropbox to download the files. However, you need corresponding software to open the pdf file (or Word file), but I am sure you have it :)

What can I sell with your patterns?

If you are an owner of a business, you can use my patterns to make any goods you wish. However, please pay attention that you CANNOT resell my products in the digital form if you do not change them. The change should be something like adding inscriptions, more details, etc. You CANNOT resell my products if you simply change the format of the digital file. You CANNOT resell them as a pack or one by one. You CAN make physical goods with my patterns without any license if the quantity is less than 100. For more you need a license you can buy in this shop. You CAN make and sell digital products if you do change the way my pattern looks.

I've bought your product. But where are the files? How can I download them?

First of all, please consult this Etsy article that tells how to download digital items: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-Downloading-a-Digital-Item?segment=shopping If the link in pdf is not clickable, please download the Word doc file and check the link there. If it does not help, please contact me and I will send you a message with the direct link to download.

I don't see what I want in your shop, but I like your style. Can you make it for me?

Sure! Please send me a message and describe what you want. We can either make a special personalized order for you or I just take your idea to my suggestion list (with no obligations for you to buy). Just drop me a couple of lines and we'll figure out how to make you happy :)

Is it possible to buy just 1 (or several) designs from the pack?

Yes, sure. Please contact me with a direct message and I will make a personal listing for you.

Can I re-sell your designs as print-on-demand?

You cannot resell my designs as print-on-demand on any website or service (like Spoonflower, Zazzle, etc) if you do not introduce substantial changes into the design, even if you buy a license. The change of the background color is not considered a substantial change. However, if you have your own printer and have print-on-demand service as a part of your business and actually deliver physical fabrics (or other products) to your customer, you can use my designs in a regular way.

Will the product I bought be sold to others?

Yes, it can be sold. NONE of the licenses that you see in this shop gives you exclusive rights. If you wish to have exclusive rights for the illustrations, please contact me through direct messages. if you have ordered a custom order and specified that you want exclusive rights, you may have them, but be sure you clearly identified that in your messages and be ready that the price for an exclusive custom order will be significantly higher than the prices you see in the shop.

I didn’t expect the patterns to be so big. Can you make them smaller?

The patterns are repeatable (tillable). You can repeat them as many times as you wish to fill the space you choose. However, if you don’t know how to do it, please fell free to contact me and I will always be ready to make the patterns smaller for free. Please don’t hesitate to drop me a line, the changes will take just an hour or two.
