Each item is lovingly designed and crafted by hand. Please note that each piece of artwork is unique and made-to-order.
How to order:
1) Select the quantity, add your personalization and place your order.
2) Send your spreadsheet to amydesigns615 [!at] gmail.com
3) Within 7 to 10 business days, you will receive one complimentary digital proof of your banner to approve. If needed, two round of minor revisions is also complimentary.
*Any additional proofs (with additional edits) will cost $25 each.
4) Once approved, your banner will go into production.
**We request that the customer send all feedback and approval promptly. We cannot be held responsible for banner production delays caused by delays in proof approval, as proof approval is required to begin production. In case of delays caused by slow feedback/approval, a rush order fee can incur to meet deadline or an upgrade in shipping may be required.
Turnaround/Delivery Time:
-On average, turnaround time for orders after the final approval of a client is about 1 to 2 weeks
-Orders will be shipped from San Diego, CA.
-We don’t ship on weekends, holidays - please, don’t count on transit time.
-Delivery time may be delayed up to 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Return Policy:
-All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once an online order is made, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the order.
-Please, note that due to a variety of factors (i.e. printing process, sewing, and hemming process), The Happier is unable to guarantee 100% consistency and accuracy of the color or size on each banner. Each banner is unique due to its handmade quality, no two will look exactly alike.
-No returns or refunds due to any order that is lost in the mail or is damaged through the mailing process.
-No returns or refunds due to improper installation which causes deterioration of the banners.
