The client is happy with the purchase but forgot to update her review! Melek mistakenly thought that she did not receive a parcel on time and put 1 star. And only after that she contacted me and asked about the delivery terms. I checked the delivery status of her order immediately. Turned out that her husband Paul already RECEIVED the parcel ONE WEEK AGO. Melek was surprised with that. In one hour, she apologized and said that she is very satisfied with her suit. But unfortunately, Melek didn't take the time to update her review😭😭😭 I feel offended and uncomfortable about this situation💔 At least, I'm glad to know that in fact the client was HAPPY even though she did not find time to update the review🙏
