Please order a ring sizer from us to ensure a correct fit. We cannot verify the accuracy of other ring sizers, as ring sizes - like clothing sizes - can vary across brands. Due to this, there's no such thing as "true to size." Your wedding ring size is not likely to be the same size that you'll need for a different finger - & your size 6 might not be the same as our size 6. When stacking 3 or more rings, some people find it best to size up a little. If your rings do not fit, we are able to make rings up to one size larger for a small fee. We are UNABLE to make rings smaller as they will distort the letters. If you choose to have your rings resized by someone else, not us, you do so at your own risk and we will not repair or replace.

You should see an approx. delivery date if you purchase right by the title of the item or under the shipping and returns tab. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship via USPS. Once your item leaves the USA, tracking will not be available. We will not refund or replace items that do not arrive. If you want a trackable shipping method, contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will be happy to get a quote on a trackable shipping method for you. We are not responsible for VAT or customs fees that may be added on.

Most of our items can be cleaned up as needed using a small white polishing pad, which we include in each order. If you need more, we sell them in our shop. All jewelry should be kept away from bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Most of our gold-filled jewelry is soldered. This can cause small brown tarnishing spots sometimes that can easily be cleaned with a polishing pad.

If you'd like to return your non-custom, non-personalized item, please contact us first so we can give you the correct address. Contact needs to be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Buyers are responsible for using an appropriate shipping method to both protect the item, and ensure arrival. We cannot refund or replace an item that we do not receive, so we strongly recommend insuring your shipment. Your purchases are warrantied against defect for 90 days after delivery. After that point, it's considered wear and tear, and replacements may be purchased. :)

Gold-filled contains 100x more solid gold than plated without the solid gold price. All metals tarnish with time, but it is easily cleaned with a polishing pad, which we include. The process of soldering our gold filled rings will include a small solder spot and possibly a brown spot after time. This can easily be cleaned also.

This item is great for a grad who doesn't want the typical class ring. Love that it comes in separate rings so can be worn separate or together as one. My one note would be I wish there was a note to size up. My daughter is a 6, as I have bought rings for her as well as had a ring made for her, and this as soon as the third ring goes on it is harder to get on. The first and second go on well but it seems the more you add the harder it gets to put on. Also had to put oil on her finger to get them off. Sad, she won't really be able to wear it.
