How long does my order take to get to me?

Once we receive your order, our processing times typically takes 4-7 business days for unfinished items. Depending on where you live, shipping to your door step takes 2-6 business days. For Finished items such as Nursery Name Signs, Wedding Signs, and other Painted items, these are typically processed within 2 weeks.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping, Gift Receipts, or a Gift Message?

Great question! As of right now, we do not offer this service. But when this changes, we'll be sure to let everyone know :)

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns on orders over $30 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Note - Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that orders over $500 are non-returnable. All of our items are cut-to-order, which means each piece is made specifically for you and we do not keep inventory on hand. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to us. Full refunds are given once order is inspected for resalable condition MINUS original shipping and restocking fee. If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re always happy to help make sure you feel confident in your purchase.

My order was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Awesome question! Please inspect your packages once you receive them in the mail. You must notify me within 7 days! Send pictures of the package that it was delivered in and pictures of the damages to your order to: support@kraftysupply.com. Or you can send the images through messages here in the Etsy shop. We'll be glad to help you out!

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Sorry, as of right now, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple items or have a large order?

We don't offer discounts on multiple item orders or large orders. However we are typically running a sale in our shop. So make sure to order during our SALE days to get the best bang for your buck! However, with that said, send us a message and depending on the item, we can possible give you a better deal.

My shipping address is incorrect. What now?

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly (missing house numbers, missing suite/apt numbers), you've moved and it's shipping to your old address, or mail carrier cannot access your property, you are responsible for the reshipping fee of your order.

Do you offer custom work?

Yes! We do a lot of custom work with our customers. Just send us over your ideas and we can get to work. Our minimum custom design fee is $10, but for more complex designs, this fee will be higher.

Including a note such as “I need this by [date]” at checkout does not guarantee delivery by that date. If you need an order by a specific deadline, please message us before ordering so we can confirm if it’s possible. To improve the chance of on-time delivery, you must purchase BOTH Rush My Order and Expedited Shipping. Please note that Rush My Order only applies to unfinished items and does not apply to finished products such as Finished Nursery Signs, Finished Name Signs, Wedding Signs, or painted/sealed items. These require at least 24 hours of drying/curing time and cannot be rushed. Shipping delays may also occur and are outside our control. Remember, personalized items are non-refundable, so give yourself enough time for processing.

The dimensions of the finished product are: (if you don't change the file)

We use 1/8" or 3mm draft wood (MDF or HDF) for the Bottom and Middle Piece and Cherry Wood for the top piece, as pictured. But you can use whatever material you like, just make sure to adjust your cut depths accordingly.
The project is very economical and easy to assemble, great for mass production.

The item, once cut, consists of 3 layers. After the cut, paint and wood glue together. Easy Peasy!

This file comes as an SVG, DXF, and CRV file and works with Glowforge and other lasers machines, Silhouette, Cricut, Brother, Inkscape and any other program that accepts SVG files.
