No, you’ll receive the files immediately after purchase and therefore, all sales are final. 2. Where can I download the files?

Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the "Downloads" page where you can find the "View your file" link. You will also receive an email with a download link from Etsy. Alternatively, you can find your files at your Account - "Purchases" (https://etsy.com/your/purchases). *Please download files using the browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) or a desktop/laptop computer. For custom orders, please purchase both - 'Original Design Listing' & 'Added Custom Charge Listing' (https://www.etsy.com/listing/963976917) 1 ⋆ In the personalization tab, please write ✔ Custom verse/quote/words ✔ Size ✔ Any additional request ( eg. left text alignment, orientation to horizontal, emphasize on a specific word, etc) 2 ⋆ A preview will be sent to you within 48-hours via Etsy conversations. You will be allowed to make changes to the design during the process. 3 ⋆ Once you have approved the design, a high-resolution JPG file will be sent to your email.

4. Can I pay without a PayPal account?

Yes, you can pay with your credit card as well. 1. At the Etsy checkout page, select PayPal as your payment option and click "Pay with PayPal." 2.
