(Beginner Friendly) Macrame Feathers / Leaves Wall Hanging PDF Pattern - Digital Download

The first part of the tutorial explains separately all types of knots you’ll use to complete this project. The rest of it represents the actual guide, with both text and images, to help you better understand the process.

The measurements are available in both metric and imperial units!

To complete this Feathers Wall Hanging you'll need:
- 18.5 meters (61.5 feet) of 4mm diameter, single twist cotton cord in white (big and medium feather)
- 5.5 meters (17.5 feet) of 4mm diameter, single twist cotton cord in another color (small feather)
* You can choose to have all three feathers in the same color, white or whatever you like, resulting in a total of 24 meters (79 feet) of cord.

- An extra 1 meter (3 feet) cord for hanging the work
- A 30 to 40 cm (12 to 16 in) wood dowel or branch.

The size of each resulting feather will vary depending on how you decide to shape each of them, but an approximation can be:
- small: 10cm x 18cm (4in x 7in)
- medium: 11cm x 19cm (4.5in x 7.5in)
- large: 14cm x 23cm (5.5in x 9in)

Considering the above, the final piece might turn to have around 30-40cm x 45cm (12-16in x 18in) including the suspension cord.
