Any map print can be personalized. For example, I can add your name, a personalized message, or a quote to your map. I can even label a specific location with a heart or callout box. Just note any customizations to the personalization box when you place your order. Upon request, I will send you a watermarked PDF for your approval before final printing.

The information displayed on state park maps is based on information listed on states' DNR websites. If you want to check the correctness of a map prior to purchase, I am happy to provide a list of the state parks shown on the map. If you find an error after purchase, I accept returns (see return policy above).

Digital downloads are delivered via e-mail. You will receive a OneDrive link from info@mapsbypaige.com. I do have a full-time job, so it may take a few hours for me to send your digital file. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me! There are no refunds for digital purchases!

I will provide a proof of your map upon request. If a draft is not approved within 2 business days, I will proceed with printing your order.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase with no questions asked. If you request a cancellation more than 2 hours after purchase, I will refund your payment if I have NOT started processing your order.

All maps arrive in a triangular tube made of heavy-duty cardboard. Please be careful when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the map.

If your product arrives damaged, contact me for a replacement. Photographs of the damage are required to receive a replacement. Notify me of damage within 14 days of delivery.

Yes! Personalized notes are now available with all orders except for those who select express shipping.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially around the holidays. I do my best to ensure that each customer receives their product in a timely manner. If you do not receive your product within 2-3 weeks of placing an order, please reach out to me for a replacement.

If you cannot find your item but the tracking says it was delivered, try reaching out to a few of your neighbors to see if they received your package by accident. Next, call your local post office to see if they are holding it for some reason. If you still cannot find your package, there is a strong possibility that your package was lost or stolen. In this case, contact me and we can work together to find a solution!

I only send one replacement product per order! It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe delivery spot for their packages.
