The inspiration for these shrines comes from medieval European reliquaries, or containers for relics. They are intended to hold something deeply meaningful and precious, and elevate it by providing a beautiful display. These shrines are eye catchers on any wall, due to their their luscious glazes, carefully selected color schemes, and attention-to-detail craftsmanship.

Hand made with white stoneware clay. Glazes are applied in 3-5 layers each.
Can be hung on the wall via a hole in the back, or stand freely.

Please select:
-Shrine A (dark blue): outside dark blue, inside robin's egg blue with dark blue speckles, opening edges muted pink. Flower shaped cutouts at the points of the face.
- Shrine B (green/turquoise): outside muted forest green, inside bright turquoise, opening edges orange. Cutouts like shrine A.
- Shrine C (green/light green/amethyst): outside muted forest green, inside mottled semi matte light green, opening edges amethyst purple. Cutouts like shrine A.
- Shrine D (green/light green/pink): like C, with pink opening edges.


The shrines will come empty so you can fill them with small things you fancy. You will find a few ideas in the pictures - or just add a fresh flower!
