IMPORTANT NOTE: Ordering an UNAVAILABLE COLOR may DELAY your order so please check color charts first, ALL AGE GROUPS have DIFFERENT color charts.

If there is any issue (size, color, design, address) regarding your order, we message you through Etsy. Please turn on Etsy messages notification in settings to be notified by us. If we don't hear anything back from you in 5 days, we will cancel your order.

SHIRT STYLES - Each style (short sleeve tee/long sleeve tee/racerback tank/sweatshirt/hoodie) has a different color chart so please make sure you select an AVAILABLE color for the style of shirt.

DESIGN COLOR - Some of our multi-color designs don't stand out well on some shirt's colors. Our designers may change the design color depending on the shirt color you ordered. We do these minor changes to make sure the print looks readable and visible. For mono-color designs, we usually print in black on light color shirts (such as sunset, yellow, gold, pink, heather green, heather peach), and in white on dark color shirts (such as black, maroon, navy, heather navy, deep teal) UNLESS you don't specify black/white design at "add note to seller" box while placing your order.

HOW TO ORDER - Please follow the instructions below.

1. Select shirt style (short sleeve tee/long sleeve tee/racerback tank/sweatshirt/hoodie) with the size you want from the drop-down menu.

2. Select color from the drop-down menu. To do that, check available colors in the images of this listing. We will get back to you if the color is NOT in stock, please make sure that your Etsy messages notification is on to be aware of our messages. It may delay your order.

3. Select the quantity for each shirt.

4. Add to cart and proceed to checkout!

PREMIUM QUALITY - Our solid color shirts are super high-quality %100 Cotton, and heather colors are Poly Cotton soft shirts.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS - If there is any box imprint or frame due to screen-printing, please wash it before wear.
- Please turn the tee inside out before washing
- Warm machine wash in gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron over the foil

SHIPPING - We always do our best to ship all items as soon as we possibly can. The current turnaround time is ONLY ONE DAY if the shirt is in stock and we ship your item the next day! :) We use Fast USPS Shipping w/Tracking (the U.S.A and International) and we can't guarantee the estimated delivery date on behalf of USPS after your item is shipped.

- We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave our shop.

- If an item shows DELIVERED we are not responsible for shipping another item. PLEASE check with your local post office for further information.

INTERNATIONAL - You are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and do not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost. You must check with your customs office for fees, tax, and delay information.

RETURNS - We do not accept returns unless items are somehow damaged. This is due to our shirts being made-to-order custom for your special day.
