Returns and Exchange Info

Mazizmuse work is custom made-to-order and I do not offer refunds or exchanges - unless there has been a production error. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item so that I can make it right....and quickly! Please take advantage of my free fabric swatch program so that you may view the color & texture in your space and avoid disappointment. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for reasons of color or texture. Contact me with your mailing address to request up to 10 fabric swatches. See SIZE recommendations below before purchase, as returns are NOT accepted if the size you chose is not quite right. Contact me so that I may offer suggestions for your project or to further address any questions or concerns you may have.

Should I expect Tariffs, VAT or TAX at time of delivery?

USA: Mazizmuse is USMCA compliant as all materials are sourced within North America - this means NO added taxes/tariffs/duty at time of delivery - the price you see on Etsy is the price you pay! EU: VAT, on Orders valued at 150 Euros or MORE, will be collected from you at time of delivery. The amount of tax collected from VAT registered EU countries vary. Provide your customs office with the following code for accurate customs fees, if any: Harmonized Code #6304.93.0000 pillow covers of synthetic materials. UK: VAT, on orders valued at 135 GBP or MORE, will be collected from you at time of delivery. *The entire invoice amount is declared on the customs form to provide proof of insurance for our mutual protection.

I need a size recommendation

Absolutely, scale is paramount to good design! Consider the following industry standard guidelines or contact me. I am happy to assist! 12"x18" (30cmX45cm) • A good size for dining/accent chairs with seats up to 18"-20" wide or as a decorative accent with larger pillows on love-seats/sofas. 14"x20" (35cmX50cm) • Ideal for lounge chairs with seats up to 20"-22" or as a layering accent for deep seated sofas & loungers. 16"x16" (40cmX40cm) • A good size for smaller outdoor chairs or in pairs on compact sofas/benches & low profile furniture frames. 18"x18" (45cmX45cm) • The most popular & versatile size for most lounge chairs & sofas. 20"x20" (50cmX50cm) • The best choice for deep seated sofas & chairs for proportionate scale & back support.

My pillow covers are constructed with the measurements of the pillow inserts in mind. Pillow covers are sewn after stated measurements are marked on the INSIDE, where the pillow insert will go. Example: a 16"x16" pillow cover will measure exactly 16"x16" seam to seam on the INSIDE of the pillow cover. *Given the varying thickness of fabrics & the treatments they are are given to create a design, expect a variance of - 1/4" to -"3/4" seam to seam, on the OUTSIDE of the finished Pillow cover. If this is a concern and you have a particular outside measurement to be met, contact me to discuss before purchase - thanks for your input!

When may I expect to see my order arrive?

Current Lead times for production of your made-to-order items is 10 days. See the current shipping times from Vancouver, Canada to your region, below: USA: 3-7 business days (shipped via USPS) Canada: 3-10 business days Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand: 7-22 business days Everywhere else: 7-22 business days Delays due to your country's customs processes, weather delays or incorrect address information may cause wait times in receiving your order and I cannot be held responsible for those delays. Check that your address is correct before ordering to avoid delays and secondary ship charges. Expedited shipping is available! Contact me to discuss prior to placing your order.

What is my order has not arrived or is damaged in transit?

I got you! All orders are shipped with insurance so should your order go missing, a claim is filed 3 weeks after mailing and a refund given - UNLESS you've provided incorrect delivery address details - check those carefully! Shipments/boxes that arrive to you in a torn, or otherwise compromised condition, must be photographed at time of delivery and then, the items inside inspected. Should there be damage to the contents, contact me with these images so that I may file a claim and get your replacement order shipped out ASAP!

Nothing matches Sunbrella®'s super powers and is the Industry leader in superior fade & stain resistance! It is recommended to shelter your pillows out of the rain, if only to make less work for you in the long run. Laundering is easy: Spot clean with a soft brush and water should do it but if a thorough cleaning is needed: Remove the inserts from the covers and turn them inside out to protect any applique or trim work on the design. COLD water wash with delicate detergent, line or air dry - DO NOT USE A DRYER. For solids, WITHOUT any of my unique designs or trim, follow the above steps but feel free to use diluted bleach if stains persist. Bleach will not harm the fabric but it could damage some trimmings used on my appliqued designs.
