All in all there is everything fine with this product. One point minus because it does not match up with my expectations concerning the style of the jacket. It's just not my taste in style which is the reason for returning it. The jacket itself is comfortable to wear and has a great design on the back side. It is also oversized which is perfect for a baggie style. Nevertheless, I give this product 5 stars because the customer service is really good, Zoui is very friendly and accommodating.
