Parcels will be shipped via UkrPoshta. All orders are packed securely and include tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you on the day it's shipped. You'll be able to track your order in the website of your national post office. Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address in your order. The timings are given as an estimation. Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your orders. The items will be accepted only if the products are returned in perfect conditions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for custom or personalized orders.

How do I return an item?

What if my package has been returned to you because of non-pickup, insufficient or incorrect address?

Should your package get shipped back to me due to an incorrect address, as"unclaimed" parcel or insufficient address or you didn't pay customs I will notify you that I have received it. If you wish to have it re-shipped you will need to pay the shipping. If you just want a refund - i will refund your money minus the shipping costs. Refund money will be given after the item is received. I am not responsible for: Incorrect address, any time delay due to customs, weather.
