For U.K. Customers: Buyers need to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods. Buyers will then have 14 days to return the item and provide proof of postage. Custom and personalised orders

Please note I do not accept returns on personalised items, as each item is handmade just for you. If for some reason your item/s are damaged during shipping please reach out to me so I can help resolve the issue. Please double check the personalisation message/name on your order and again in the proof copy (if one is required) and notify me before accepting the proof copy if you need to make any changes. Once you have accepted the proof copy I cannot change the message/name.

All of my jewellery is unsuitable for children under the age of 4 and all children must be supervised whilst wearing the item.

Please note the above sizes are estimates based on age and are not guaranteed to be correct. I would always recommend measuring the wrist to get the correct sizing, you can do this in the following way:
1. Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string, and gently wrap it around the wrist, just below the wrist-bone in the same place where you would place a watch.
2. If using a tape measure- take a note of the measurement.
If using string- cut the string to the length measured. Then lay the string out straight and measure it using a ruler.
3. Add ½” to the measurement to get the proper bracelet size.
