1. How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available in your Etsy account. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files next to your order. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Please note that digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app, so you will need to log in from a mobile browser or computer.

2. I can't find my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder (and Social/Promotions tabs if you use Gmail). You can always access your files by going to: Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files If the Download button is grey, it usually means your payment is still processing. Once the payment clears, the files will become available.

3. Is this a physical product or a digital download?

All products in this shop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive instant access to printable files that you can download and print at home, at a print shop, or at school. These printable activities are designed to make learning fun, interactive, and engaging for kids.

4. Can I print the files more than once?

Yes! You can print the files as many times as you like for personal use. Many parents and teachers print them multiple times so children can practice again. However, the files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

5. Can I share the files with friends or other teachers?

No. Each purchase is for individual use only. If others would like the activity, please encourage them to purchase their own copy from the shop. Your support helps small creators continue making educational resources.

6. What paper should I use for printing?

For best results, print on: • Regular printer paper (80–100 gsm) for worksheets • Cardstock (160–250 gsm) for activities that require cutting or durability Laminating the pages can make the activities reusable with dry-erase markers.

7. Can I sell the printed activities?

No. The files are for personal or classroom use only. You may not resell the files, share them digitally, or sell printed copies.

8. Can the files be edited?

Unless stated otherwise, the files are not editable and are designed to be printed as they are.
