How do I send my photo(s)? And will you help me cut off the face in the photo(s)?

You can send it via message on Etsy, click the little camera icon to attach images We will cut the face you need to customize on the product according to your requirements. We will help you trim properly according to the photos you provide. And our designers may fine tune your photos for the final customization effect. For example: too long hair will be slightly shortened. If you don't want us to make any changes to your photos, please leave a message.

Where my item will be shipped from?

We have factories in Long Island and Queens in New York and in East Asia. The vast majority of our orders will be shipped from New York, and a small portion and urgent orders may be distributed based on a combination of capacity and logistics. You can confirm that with us in advance if you mind.

We can accept order cancellations and changes within 4 hours of order placement.(After that, we may have started printing your item!) Do you offer design proofs or previews?

Yes, absolutely! Just enter your personalized details and we'll send a preview before printing.But usually, we don't take the initiative to provide previews to customers, because it will affect the delivery time. If the proof doesn't reply for more than 2 days, we may continue to print without approval, so please pay attention to your Etsy email and email! Although we always try to accommodate as much as possible, in some rare cases, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for multiple design changes / proofs.
