5 out of 5 starsReceived my ring last week. It’s absolutely gorgeous. My only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that I read people and received stone checks/got to see process of their ring being created. When I asked about that they said they would do their best but did not receive any photos. I’m sure Scott’s shop is extremely busy but it definitely would be an extra detail that is nice for buyers to get to see that!

This is a very elegant ring. The stone has great sparkle. The only thing that is disappointing is the gold. I ordered 14K white gold. This looks more like a pale, washed out yellow gold. It's especially noticeable against my white gold wedding band. I have other white gold rings and they all look white, not yellow in color, so not sure why this ring doesn't have that same "white gold" look.

This was my response to the customer. I’m waiting to hear back. Hi Catherine, I saw the review for the ring. Firstly, I wish you had reached out to me. I always go above and beyond for my customers with any issue. The ring is 14k white gold. ALL white gold has a slight yellow tinge. Some people rhodium plate it to make it a bright white. I do not. It’s costly and it wears away over time and needs to be replated. I’m sure when compared to plated white gold, your ring looks a little off color… a little more rustic. That is the natural color of white gold. That being said, if you’re unhappy with the rustic look of the metal, I can plate it for you this initial time at no charge. LMK what you would like to do.
