The processing time and arrival time will be provided to you at the end of check out however if there is any missing information needed for your custom order then the processing time does not start until I receive all required information.

For example, if you ordered an item with an option of different images and you did not enter your choice or if you need to send your own image.

At times we may require confirmation of your order details and would need a response from you.

Processing time (The time it takes to make your order and to wait in line:(2-7business days)
Shipping time: 2-6 business days

We do not offer special packaging or gift wrapping at the moment however the customer may add a note which will be printed on a copy paper.

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact the shipping carrier or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carrier's handling. A police report must be made for stolen packages.

If you receive an item and there is an error, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. After this time frame, Rejoice In Creation LLC is not responsible for issues with the order.

If the order was completed with the your personalization notes you entered but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will be unable to remake or refund the product.

Note: If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item.

Rejoice In Creation starts setting aside materials as soon as possible. We are a small company so changes and cancellations really halt our production and interfere with workflow. If you have any doubts please feel free to reach out before placing your order. This will ensure you receive what you would like.

Because most of our items are personalized, we are unable to accept 'Need By Dates" when submitting your order without contacting us first. Why? It is sometimes impossible for it to arrive by then without a shipping upgrade. You will find this link on a listing in our shop.

All orders must be examined when receiving the product. Any defaults must be reported within 2 days of the item being marked delivered. We do not accept returns of damaged products that were not opened and observed past this given time since many of our products are one time / one occasion use.
