Cranes, Japanese Fabric - Handmade Lampshade

This is a lovely handmade lampshade using a beautiful Japanese Fabric with cranes in flight, swooping around! The fabric has lovely gold highlights throughout and is a lovely statement shade. This lampshade would look lovely in a variety of and will definitely get a conversation flowing! The lampshade pictured is a 30cm drum shade and would look perfectly at home in a variety of settings, bringing the summer sun into your home. This can also be made with a metallic lining, either brushed copper, gold or silver.

This shade would look perfectly at home either in a modern home, cottage or countryside home or business and I am sure it will look lovely with a great range of interior design schemes.
All my lampshades can be made as either pendant (for the ceiling), table or floor standing lamps. Please remember to choose the correct option as to whether you would require either a ceiling shade or lamp shade.

This would also be great as a home décor gift, maybe a housewarming present for a friend or for yourself if your are restyling your home.

Most of my lampshades are made to order but I usually have one in stock ready to be shipped out for those times when you need something in a hurry!
I make all the lampshades to a professional standard, using a neat seam and rolled edges, from my home in the beautiful small rural market town of Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire.

All the lampshades are made using high quality, flame retardant PVC materials with fabric covering and frames which have passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association. It is recommended that a low energy bulb of maximum 60 watt is used. The frames are fitted with a 39mm European ring fitting with a removable 29mm UK reducing ring fitted. This then means that all my lampshades are suitable for both UK or European lamps.

Once your order has been made it will then be cellophane wrapped and boxed ready for posting. I currently use Royal Mail 1st class parcel delivery with the signed for option to ensure that you receive your lampshade without any worries or concerns.
