Incorrect/Wrong shipping address

We are not responsible for erroneous addressing. If your order is returned to the sender, we will not resend it unless a new label is purchased. Please message me immediately as our products are perishable.

Lost or Stolen package

We are unfortunately not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once it ships from our store. We do offer tracking upon shipment. It is important that you keep track of upcoming delivery to prevent your item from being lost or stolen from you mail receptacle.

We do offer custom orders. If you are interested in a custom slime order please contact us. I respond to my messages within 24 hours. Message us if you need custom slimes or you need a large amount of slime for an event/party. Slime makes a great party favor!

We do not cancel orders! Once you order, it cannot be canceled. This also includes orders place with parent card.

What will my order come with?

Your order will include a pre-made dropper bottle of borax & a slime information card.

What Do You Use In Your Slimes?

Polyvinyl Acetate Glue (PVA), Borax May also contain: Colorant(s), Fragrance Oil, Mineral Oil, Unscented Lotion, Glycerin, Alumina Silicate (Clay), Non-Toxic Craft Materials, Non-Toxic Absorbent Polymers.

My slime is sticky! What do I do?

Sticky slime is easily fixed with slime activator. If your slime is hot, put it in the fridge to cool down. Stickiness is completely normal with handmade slimes. This happens due to temperature conditions during shipping. Slime also naturally melts & gets sticky over time! Slime has a limited lifespan.

ONE free slime care package is included with every order containing a care card and a bottle of activator.

Slimes may arrive sticky after shipping. This is completely normal and we include both a care card and instructions on how to fix it. Please do not leave slime out of the container as it will dry out. Be careful not to add too much activator as this could cause the slime to become rubbery and hard— a little activator goes a long way!

Please keep slime away from small children and wash hands before and after play. Slime is inedible.

The consistency of the slime upon arrival might be different from the picture due to the shipping condition beyond our control, long delivery time, the temperature, handling, etc.

Please note that due to lighting effect, the actual colors may be slightly different from the picture. Also, the colors may mix during transit.

Our top priority is happiness; if you have ANY issues with our product or your order, please send us a message ASAP so that we can address anything that may arise!

Shipping took double the estimated time :( we were disappointed that the container it comes in does not hold the slime once mixed. Otherwise product was ok.

It smells very strong (kinda reminds me of pancake syrup?) and the container does not fit all the slime after add-ins. Texture, look, and idea on point. Very cute!
