Socks that were sent were nothing like the ones advertised and you could barely read the writing at all as thin stitching and not in a stand out colour. Extremely poor and very disappointed.

However we are quite disappointed to see this negative review as once you had contacted us and we were made aware that one of our new and temporary staff members had overlooked this design flaw, we sent a new pair and liaised with you regarding new socks design and colouring. This was just a human error and one we corrected as fast as we possibly could. We have updated our internal systems to avoid this error happening again and to make it more fool proof when we are training new members to help out with our small independent business in peak times.
