Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we happily take on custom made orders for all the products available in our store. Please feel free to contact us for a bespoke piece. We have one of the fastest turn around time for custom made orders. However, the actual time could vary due to order size and material availability. For monogrammed products, please include your customization instructions in the personalization section or at checkout in the box titled "note to AmoreBeaute". If you would like me to make an item or design that is not listed in the shop, do not hesitate to contact me through the Etsy convo system.

Will my throw pillow cover come with an insert? What size insert should I buy?

All the throw pillow covers in my shop are sold without the insert. Given the high cost shipping inserts from India, most of my customers prefer to get these locally. The size is a matter of personal choice and depends upon preferred plumpness for your pillows. Your pillow cover will be true to size. You may go with same size insert specially if it is a poly fill insert or go with one size higher insert for an extra plump look specially if it is down feather insert.

Can I return my items?

Yes, all products can be returned to a US address, with the exception of custom-made and monogrammed items, which are crafted specifically for you. If you have any questions or would like to see a product or materials up close, we are happy to connect via a video call to walk you through the details. For custom orders, we also share draft artwork, swatches before production begins. Understanding your requirements fully before we begin is something we take seriously. It allows us to create pieces that truly meet your needs and minimise the likelihood of returns. Every conversation we have upfront is an investment in getting it right the first time. Please feel free to reach out at any time.

How do my products ship and when can I expect them?

All Amore Beauté orders ship from India via FedEx or UPS - at no extra cost to clients across most of North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. We deliver to every country FedEx and UPS serve. Since our founding we have shipped to clients in over 19 countries across all 7 continents, including the Caribbean islands, the Pacific, and remote safari destinations in South Africa. Delivery to the US and most European countries takes approximately 3–6 business days. Actual transit times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance in your country, but we handle all customs documentation on your behalf. From the moment your order ships to the moment it arrives at your door, we stay in touch. You are welcome to reach us anytime!
