For personalized digital products, after delivery there is no exchanges but we offer one free revision. This revision is only limited to the information or picture you provided. Extra revision fee will be applied on each further revision request of any reason.

For physical products and non-personalized digital products, due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery.

We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

For personalized digital products, all orders will be delivered within 48 hours given that you have provided all the information required. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order or Super Rush Order listing in our shop, and these items will be delivered within 24 or 8 hours respectively given that you have provided all the information required. The delivery time of any personalized digital product may exceed the promised period if we do not receive all the required information from you.

For non-personalized digital products, they will be either available for instant download inside Etsy or sent via email within 1-4 hours if you are required to put down your email address.

For physical products, NO rush order is available.

For personalized digital products, we will NOT send any proof before delivery. But we offer one free revision after delivery. This revision is only limited to the information or picture you provided. Please make sure that you tell us all the changes you want. If you are unsure or know that some information has not been confirmed yet (e.g. the venue of the party), let us know and we are happy to put the revision on hold until your new information is confirmed. Extra revision fee will be applied on each further revision request of any reason.

You are allowed to include URLs in the personalized information such as Amazon registry, link for signing a wavier etc. Please note that any URL inside a video is NOT clickable. Your guests will need to type the URL in the browser in order to view the content. We recommend sending the URL separately in a text message format via SMS, WhatsApp, email etc.

You can send or share the invitation video via WhatsApp, FaceBook Messenger, email, instagram, YouTube (as unlisted video), GoogleDrive, Dropbox etc.

We DO NOT recommend sending via text or SMS, because most mobile carriers will compress the video heavily and damage the video quality. This happens mostly on Android receivers but not iPhone receivers.

If you send via text or SMS, please always be prepared to send in another way. If sending via text or SMS is the only option for any reason, we recommend preparing a still image of the party information when your guests find the video quality too low. You can simply screenshot that in the video or purchase a printable still image from us.

Please note that any social media or cloud storage platform always compresses the video a little bit for faster streaming purpose. Therefore the video you send to your guest via these platforms is not the same quality as your original video. However it is not a noticeable difference and no customers so far find this an issue.

There are 2 ways to send the video without quality change.
1. Sending via email can make sure that your guests receive the original video.
2. Asking your guests to download the video from the cloud storage platform first, then view the saved video on their mobile instead of streaming directly from the platform.

Due to the nature of the item, no refund or cancellation can be offered on any order in our shop for any reason. Please read carefully the listing description, all listing images, purchase options and our shop policies (i.e. FAQ) before making any purchase. If there's any problem please contact us for further assistance.

We are located in Australia. Our business hours are 5:00PM to 9:00PM (ET) Monday to Friday, and Saturday 6:00PM to 10:00PM (ET). We response messages quickly during business hours.

We go OFFLINE during 10:00AM to 5:00PM (ET), any overdue delivery of digital file will be processed when we go online again.
