At Sunflower Cottage Crochet, we hire experienced crochet artisans to test our patterns for accuracy and readability. Our crochet pattern will teach you how to create the perfect gift for any occasion. The Highland Wrap was inspired by the Outlander series. This wrap has a nice twist in it to make it easy to wrap around the wearer, similar to how Claire wraps her shawls about her. Perfect gift for her!

❤ LAYOUT:
Our patterns all share the same layout which is easy to read and easy to find important information you need, such as materials needed, sizing information, gauge information, and special stitches used as well as how to do them. These stitches often come with an accompanying video for further clarification.

❤ SIZE:
Finished piece should be long enough to wrap from the small of your back, across your chest, over your shoulder, around your neck and back across your chest from the opposite direction. Be careful when measuring - I made mine 38 rows too big and had to frog them! So a spare pair of hands when establishing the correct size may be useful unless you have a tailors dummy set to the correct body measurements….

#5 worsted weight yarn of your choosing. I used Sirdar's chunky tweed approx. 3 skeins
6 mm hook
Stitch markers (optional)
Scissors
Tapestry needle
