I’m having problems downloading my files on my iPad.

1. The Etsy app does not work for downloading. You need to log in to your account on the actual Etsy website using the Safari or Google browser app to download files. The clickable links in the emails that Etsy sends to you after your purchase don’t work for downloads. 2. Once you have tapped Download, find your files in your Files app on your device and locate the Downloads section. That’s where you will find them. 3. Zipped Files: On an iPad or iPhone, tap on a zipped file and it will automatically unzip it.

Why aren’t the links working on my Digital Journal?

All of your links are working. All you need to do is to make sure that you have the Read Only tool (otherwise known as the No Pen Tool) selected before you click on the links.

*Open the Etsy Website on your iPad in the SAFARI BROWSER APP.

Open the Etsy website using the Safari browser app and log in to your account.
Locate your Purchase and tap on each zipped file individually then tap Download.
The zipped folders will be sent automatically to your iPad Files app in the Downloads section after you have tapped Download. Locate them there.
Tap on each zipped folder to automatically unzip them one at a time.
Save all png images to your camera roll or create a folder in your favourite cloud storage service.
