I thought I’d give the lessons a try after watching some of Pauls YouTube tutorials, and I’ve got to say I’ve been amazed by the quality and standard of teaching. It’s been a while since I’ve painted anything and it’s been fabulous creating something I’d never thought I was capable of. I’m hooked and have just purchased the yearly subscription as there are so many projects I’d like to complete. There are tutorials for beginners to advanced standard, so something for everyone.

Awesome tutorials. I’m watching the fairy wren video tutorials right now and I have to said it a good details step by step tutorial video. I also like the small Bonus touch that Paul also give his tips and tricks during the tutorial for me (who is a newbie in watercolor learning). Explaining what he do and why he do it that way is really helpful. His website is also easy to navigate. I will definitely buy the online video tutorials again for sure.

A very comprehensive set of detailed instructions on how to paint a fox red labrador. I bought this tutorial because I have two fox red labs and want to paint their portrait but have no idea where to start with their particular colouring. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, there are plenty of pictures of each step as well as an outline to use. The colours used are the more common ones so probably in your palette already. I've read the instructions a few times and will be attempting Paul's fox red first to get my confidence up before I start on my own girls and a fox red lab portrait I've been commisioned to do by someone. I will be purchasing more tutorials and joining Paul's Patreon at some point in the near future.
