Where do you ship from, and how does delivery work?

Jewelry ships from France. Leather ships from Bali for international destinations; leather orders delivered in France ship from our French stock. See each listing for dispatch location, costs and delivery estimates. We do not ship to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). For US orders, Etsy requires DDP shipping with import duties and fees included at checkout. For other destinations, additional import charges may apply unless included. Taxes collected by Etsy appear at checkout. Check your address before payment. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us via Help with order promptly. Keep the packaging and photos of any damage.

Do you accept returns?

Check the return policy on the listing you purchase. For an eligible return, contact us through Etsy within the period stated on the listing for the return address and instructions. Return costs and deadlines follow the listing policy and applicable law. For damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Personalized goods and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law allows. A sale price does not remove statutory withdrawal rights. Your legal rights and Etsy’s applicable buyer protections remain in place.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Jewelry comes in the round Kaya Movement metal box shown in the listing photographs. The box is part of the presentation and can be used to store your jewelry. Check the listing to see whether the price is for a single piece or a pair. For a special packaging request, message us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

For body jewelry, check the insertion diameter and the dimensions stated in the listing. For plugs, tunnels and ear weights, choose a size suitable for your healed lobes; these pieces are not intended to force a stretch. The weight in the specifications is per piece unless stated otherwise. Check whether you are ordering a single piece or a pair. If you are unsure about a size or finish, message us before buying.

Etsy’s Picks are hand selected by our style experts to highlight items from shops that have shown quality, reliability and style.
