I had a hard time tracking the shipping due to a link opening with the wrong carrier. We were kindly helped through the mix up with updates on the tracking and the bag arrived just fine, packaged well and as described. We were given the choice to switch to a different bag, unprompted, as the original choice had a small blemish. We opted for a switch, at no cost and received a stunning high quality bag.
