WOOD ITEMS: I am currently not taking custom order requests on wood items. Check back as this might change!

Check back often, as this lead time can change.
I ship everything by the ship date listed on your order, and if items are needed by a specific date (discussed with prior to placing an order), I get them out by the USPS shipping deadline for that specific date. Unfortunately, once I ship your order, it is out of my hands and up to USPS to deliver by the estimated delivery date. Because of this, I am not responsible for postal delays. Thank you for understanding

☞ CRAYONS & Wood Items are shipped out USPS First Class, unless you upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout.

CRAYONS: Unless otherwise noted, all Crayons are packaged individually in small resealable baggies. The size of each bag range from 2"x3" - 3"x4" depending on the size of the crayons. This protects them during shipping and also makes it easy to add to party favor goodie bags!

WOOD ITEMS: All wood items are shipped and packed in Bubble Mailers. There is no special packaging for these items.

I gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery and the package has to be delivered back to me within 14 days. Shipping charges are buyers responsibility for items that are returned. I will proceed with the refund once the items Are returned to me in unused and undamaged condition ( minus shipping charges). Contact me for more information. I do NOT accept returns for digital downloads due to the nature of the product. Thank you!
