About shipping and packaging

We do ship world wide, shipping costs are based on weight and size of the item. Tracking number is always provided and your order will be well prepared for safe shipment. In order to protect the environment and decrease of shipping costs, we usually use recycled & reusable packaging 😀 Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received. Our items are antique / vintage, therefore please check pictures carefully before purchase. Thank you for stopping by! Did you receive damaged package?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and all original packaging. As all our parcels are insured, transport damage must be officially documented by the postal service. Please take the damaged item together with all original inner and outer packaging to your local Post Office and request an official Damage Report / Record of Damaged Item. Please send us a copy of the official Damage Report. We are unable to issue a refund for transport damage without this document, as it is required to process the postal insurance claim. Please keep the damaged item and all packaging until the claim is completed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Why tracking progress can not be seen?

Occasionally, tracking information may not update correctly because a parcel has not been scanned at every stage of transit. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost, and it may still be on its way. If a parcel has not arrived within 2 months, we can submit an official inquiry with the postal service. A 100% refund of the purchase price can be issued once the postal service officially confirms that the parcel has been lost. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customs duties & Taxes

USA BUYERS: For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties are covered by us. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted by the buyer, a refund will be issued only after the parcel has been returned to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional return postage or fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund. REST OF THE WORLD: for all other international destinations, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that you contact us before returning the item. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. The item must be returned in its original condition and without damage. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has arrived and its condition has been verified. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping service, as the buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely returned to us.

Adorable vintage spice racks, hand crafted around 2000s of solid birch wood, so quite heavy.
Curved shapes and rounded eges. Just perfect piece to be recently wrapped in a layer of white chalk paint, hand distressed in shabby chic style and waxed.

It can be wall mounted on predrilled mounting holes or it can stand alone if you prefer. Perfect storage rack for small things, like spices or cosmetics. Lovely vintage condition with few also naturally distressed areas and splits.
Photo props are not included in the price, small bottles are also available in our shop :)
