Are the images on every size print exactly the same?

The image on your print may vary slightly by size. In order to best accommodate various sizes, I have personally edited each print to show as much of the image as possible.

Why do you say you don't accept cancellations? What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Things happen! AKOA understands if you place an order you need to cancel. All orders are processed immediately to speed products to buyers as soon as possible, making cancellation difficult in most cases, and Etsy's system does not allow for a timeframe for allowing cancellations. If you placed an order you need to cancel, please let AKOA know as soon as possible. If cancellation is possible, AKOA will be happy to process that for you. If the order has already been filled, then a refund can be issued. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, there is damage or you have another issue, please contact me within 14 days regarding a refund/return/exchange of the item.

Where will my print ship from?

Prints shipping are drop-shipped from a third-party printing company located outside Buffalo, NY.

Can I get a signed print?

Signed or limited edition prints may be available in the shop from time to time. Otherwise, all prints are drop shipped from a third party printer and do not allow for customization. If you would like to special order a signed print, or other customization, please contact me directly.

How quickly will my order ship?

Print orders shipping within the US are processed by a third party out of NY and ship within 1-4 business days. US Prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, with an estimated (but not guaranteed) 2-8 business days delivery time. This method is free for every AKOA purchase. Original Art ships within 1-5 business days via (UPS Ground, USPS Ground or Fedex) UNLESS it is a custom order (such as an art commission or signed print.) * Exceptions apply when ordering some larger art pieces, particularly during holiday seasons. Please note the processing time for each item.

Where does my piece of original art ship from?

All original art ships from the AKOA studio in Indiana Orders (excluding personalized and custom work) ships within 1-5 business days. * Longer processing times may apply during Holiday hours. Please see individual processing times for each item.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure shipment without damage. However, accidents during shipping do happen. If your order arrives in any way damaged, please contact me immediately regarding a replacement, repair or refund.

Will all my items arrive together?

Not necessarily. AKOA uses different printing companies for various items and each has its own processing time. If you have ordered both a pillow and a print, for example, they will each be processed separately and may therefore ship separately. If your items ship at different times, you will be provided a tracking number for each shipment.

Custom and personalized orders

Refunds for custom or personalized orders can only be issued if the order is received defective (such as a printing error), broken, or otherwise in poor condition. Should this occur, please take photos of the damaged or defective item and message me, and I will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

DO ALL THE SIZES LOOK THE SAME?
Because each size may feature a small difference in dimensions, some sizes may be cropped slightly to fit the size requested. AK ORGANIC ABSTRACTS designs every size print individually, so that your print features as much of the original image as possible, with an even 1/4 border.

ARE THEY MATTED OR FRAMED?
No. Each print features a 1/4 border (for framing). This way you can choose the mat and frame that are right for your decor.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER IS IT?
Every print uses either genuine Noritsu paper and ink or Epson Lustre papers and Ultrachrome HDR ink, and is processed by a professional printer and mailed directly to the customer. Choose from lustre or glossy finish.
