No refunds if your items have been "downloaded." Please read the listings carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct planner insert size (if applicable). Since our items are delivered digitally, I cannot undo a download delivery. It is also difficult to ascertain whether an item has been printed yet. Therefore, I cannot offer you refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, do contact me. I will try my best to resolve your dissatisfaction.

Since all products are digital prints delivered instantly, there is NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT to be shipped. If your download does not work successfully, please contact me and I will do my best to help you resolve any issues.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?

No, I currently do not accept custom orders. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. This is usually the cause for page sizes not matching up to your planner.
