I am happy to clarify what I can and cannot guarantee regarding shipping and delivery. I can guarantee my PROCESSING time. This is the time it will take to make your order, pack it for shipping, and get it to the post office. Once I drop off your order at the post office, it is literally out of my hands and therefore I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Shipping is mostly going smoothly now, but occasionally items are unexpectedly delayed. As we learned after the onset of COVID-19, unexpected delays could happen at any moment and are not the fault of The Lotus Eclectic. Free shipping will always be the most cost effective tier (usually First Class), but you are welcome to pay for upgraded shipping at checkout.
