I’m ultimately giving this a 5 star review its a beautiful and large piece. If you want a put together project that doesn’t require any structural planning and cutting, this is the one! However, at no fault to the seller the 3ed party producer could improve the packing. It arrived looking like someone played basketball with it. While that would be the shipping company’s issue, there was absolutely no padding or protection inside the box. It was just wrapped with plastic wrap, resulting in a few damaged corners. There are 2 build issues, the chimney footprint is too wide for the slots, the angled roof piece that ties the 2 attic front walls together needs to be modified to fit correctly. The instructions could also use major improvement. Though, don’t let this stop you, they are fairly easy fixes. It’s absolutely gorgeous!
