② In the Personalization box (right below the dropdown menus), please include

✔ Names
✔ Last Name
✔ Event Date
✔ Personal Message, Quote, Place, or anything else for on the Backside (if you want)

** Please include your information exactly as it should appear on the guestbook

③ Complete purchase

④ Free Digital Proof of your Guest Book will be sent for your revision via Etsy Messages in 1-3 Business days. Thoroughly review your proof and submit any revisions you would like to make or verify that all is correct and approve the proof.

Paper Inn® is not responsible for errors not caught by the customer, regardless of fault. That wouldn't be considered a reason for a refund or reprint.

*Wording customization is included in the price, but any kind of changes to graphics, fonts, design layout, and backgrounds are NOT and may be available for additional fee charging

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

Once you approve the proof, we'll begin the printing process. It usually takes 3-5 Business days (excluding weekends).

𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚:

Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and, you'll be provided with a tracking number. Shipping time depends on distance, but it usually takes 2-3 business days.

In total, from ordering to receiving, it takes 7-12 Business days (excluding weekends & US holidays), for Domestic orders.
This also depends on how fast you will respond to proof and whether additional changes will be required

** International Buyers: Orders will take 1-5 weeks to ship, depending on your location. This is in addition to the design, proofing, and printing time. If your event is less than 4 weeks away, contact us with your need-by date and shipping address BEFORE placing an order.

Sorry, no REFUNDS or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.

CANCELLATION may be accepted only within 1 hour of purchase.

Due to color variations in computer screens, there may be slight differences in the color you see on your monitor and the final print. We have no influence on that.

The Faux GOLD/ROSE GOLD/SILVER FOIL will not print as real gold or metallic foil. Real foil printing is available through Add-On
