Custom and personalized orders

Every item in our shop is lovingly handmade and truly one-of-a-kind. You can ask me to change the color, size, or style to perfectly match your space or vision. These are not mass-produced products—no two creations are ever exactly alike, making each piece as unique as your little one. Each name garland is handmade and personalized, so slight variations may occur. Colors may look a little different on your screen compared to the actual item. To ensure you love your order, I send a photo of your finished item before shipping. You can review it and request small adjustments if needed, so what arrives at your door is exactly what you expected.

Processing Time & Shipping

The time required to create and ship each item is specified in its individual listing. If you need your order urgently, feel free to send me a message, and we can arrange an expedited production timeline. I ship worldwide, and delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Every package comes with a tracking number, and I provide the tracking link via private message so you can follow it every step of the way.

All items are made from 100% soft felt, safe for children, and free of toxins or sharp parts. To keep them looking their best, we recommend gentle dry cleaning. For heavier stains, a damp cloth or delicate hand wash can be used. Our felt creations are designed to be both beautiful and safe.

Sizes are specified in each listing. If you would like to make any changes, please contact me via private message.

If your package has not been delivered a month after shipping and the tracking appears frozen, please contact me so I can investigate and help resolve the situation. If the package is officially declared lost, a full 100% refund is guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

In case of a return or exchange, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (even if the item was purchased during a promotion with free shipping). If a package needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Each item is handmade with care, crafted from high-quality materials, and designed to be a lasting keepsake. The price reflects not only the materials and craftsmanship but also the unique, personalized experience that mass-produced items cannot offer.

This is our second ornament from Mariia and once again the attention to detail is amazing. I truly appreciate how she reviews supplied photos, asks for preferences, and sends a mockup before the final sewing. All told — we love that she captured our two little Meximutts perfectly!

Our custom made ornament is perfect! Mariia worked from a supplied photo, sent me the flat lay before she started sewing for approval and expertly managed to capture our little Meximutt in fabric form. The quality of the hand stitching is incredible, Mariia's communications were always on point — and delivery to Canada from Estonia was timely. All in all, I am so happy I came across the FeltToysShopUS and would not hesitate to recommend Mariia's work.
