HOW IS IT CRAFTED: Ultra-thin cork sheets are cut from natural cork or cork blocks, hand-assembled, bonded to supports, and pressed. After sanding for smoothness, a protective layer is added, with pigments for coloured fabrics.

We partner with a local Portuguese factory, unlike others who use Portuguese cork but produce elsewhere.

CORK: renewable and eco-friendly material harvested sustainably without harming trees, with a 9-year regrowth cycle. It’s 100% natural, recyclable, biodegradable, and vegan-friendly. Use it creatively and support this age-old tradition and help preserve our forests!

USES: depends on the backing. Varies from clothing, especially jackets and vests, bags, wallets, purses, totes and other fashion accessories, cases, sleeves, footwear, as well as upholstery, furniture and throw pillows for home decor projects. May be sewed with a regular sewing machine and glued with water-based adhesive.
