I designed it to be simple and sleek so the information is easily assessable and designs don’t get in the way. I want it to be as easy to use as possible.
How to use the tracker
1. The first slot is for tracking your mood.
2. The 2ndrd part is blank for you to list symptoms that you have along with depression and anxiety. Some examples are : anxiety, fatigue, irritable, unmotivated, change in appetite, no concentration, indecisive, repetitive thoughts, isolating self, feeling worthless, feeling hopeless, thoughts of death
3. The next spot is for you to fill in. You can list your medications and mark off that you have taken them for the day.
4. The next section is to track your hours of sleep, weight loss or gain, your caffeine consumption, and alcohol or any drugs
