We are unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances as delays during transit may occur at any time and are completely out of our control.

- We don't offer refunds for delayed deliveries.
- A package is considered lost after 30 days of being in transit
- Delays during transit are expected during the Holidays season (October - January) Please plan accordingly.

All our products are made to order, for this reason we don't accept returns or exchanges.

A "refused" package without our consent is considered a forced return.
We will not refund or resend any orders that have been refused by the customer.

We are very transparent about what we offer, each product has all the details in its description (material, dimensions, finish, etc.) and it's the customer's responsibility to read this information before placing the order so an informed purchase can be made.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
All orders are considered complete after 5 days of delivery, no exceptions.

It's the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and accessible delivery area.
We don't offer refunds for packages that get lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery by weather conditions.
Most of our products won't fit in a mail box, please keep track of your delivery to make sure you retrieve it in a timely manner to avoid any issues.

If the package is returned to us due to:
- Incomplete, incorrect or invalid address.
- Customer moved.
- Animals in the premises.
- Security code needed to access the location.
the customer will be required to pay for new postage so we can ship the package again, ideally to an alternate address.
We won't refund any orders returned to us due to any issues with the address or location.
