The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count! REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Import tax and duties

⚠️ For orders to the USA, Australia, EU and the UK, there are no additional customs fees, tariffs, or payments required upon delivery ⚠️ Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. Error when placing or paying for an Order

Some Etsy shoppers are having difficulty paying with PayPal due to the buyer's email address on their Etsy account mismatching the buyer's address on their PayPal account. In order for the payment to go through, the buyer must provide the same receiving address in PayPal and in Etsy. After the buyer matches their addresses (it's easier for the buyer to do this in their PayPal account), the payment will go through without problems.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.
