misleading - merchant indicated 'step by step instructions to include pdf' the pdf contained link to join a facebook group which was apparently 'the tutorial'

Hello, Mary. We're sorry that you're unhappy with our tutorial. As stated in the description this is a video tutorial given through a private facebook group. As communicated to you via the description and private correspondence, we do not allow our tutorials to be downloaded to avoid illegal redistribution of our work as this is standard practice in the online painting community. We offered different formats outside of facebook, as well as a partial refund as you did not reach out about this until several days after our refund policy and after joining the group and receiving full access to the tutorial. We're very sorry that you did not find this tutorial to your satisfaction. As noted in both private conversations and the detailed description, this was a video tutorial. Thank you!
